Dr. Plisco is a licensed psychologist in the state of Georgia. She earned her B.A. degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Both her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees are from the University of Florida's APA approved Clinical and Health Psychology Graduate Program. She completed her internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Emory University's School of Medicine and Training Program in Professional Psychology.

Treatment Approaches

Exposure with Response Prevention helps to reduce symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder through systematically confronting fears and refraining from engaging in compulsive behaviors.
Interpersonal Therapy
Interpersonal Therapy helps to improve functioning within relationships by focusing on one's interpersonal style and behavior in relationships. It aims to reduce negative feelings that may evolve as a consequence of interpersonal difficulties.
